Description
Milk thistle fruit oil is one of the best quality vegetable oils. Milk thistle has a beneficial effect on the condition and activity of the liver, protects the liver tissue and helps to revitalize it. Milk thistle is a plant native to the Mediterranean Sea in the Canary Islands. Its size reaches up to 150 cm. It is characterized by purple thistle inflorescences and green leaves with white spots. These spots are also behind the very generic name of the plant. Legend has it that the white spots came from the milk of the Virgin Mary and gave milk thistle its health effects that are so prized today. The plant also has a beneficial effect on heart health.
Ingredients in 100 ml of product: milk thistle (Silybum marianum) 100% seed oil 99.5 ml, D-alpha-tocopherol 500 mg (vitamin E).
Recommended dose: 1 teaspoon twice a day.
A daily dose of 10 ml of oil contains 50 mg of vitamin E, which corresponds to 416% of the reference nutritional value.
Warning: Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The product is not intended to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store out of reach of children! Store at a temperature of 5-25°C. Protect from direct sunlight!
