Poppy fruits contain vitamins A, C, B1, B2, P, K, sugars and mineral salts. Their rich vitamin C content contributes to increasing the body's resistance and appetite.
In this syrup, poppies are macerated in invert sugar, at temperatures below 40 degrees C, precisely to preserve all the vitamins they contain.
