What it is, how it works

Soap made from 100% olive oil with the addition of lemon extract. Lemon extract has a whitening effect and helps remove stains.

What is it used for?

Olive soap can deal with common organic stains (fat from food, skin grease from shirt collars and cuffs, fruit and vegetable juices, blood, grass, red wine, clay, ink, etc.). Suitable for treating soiled laundry before washing.

• It is also suitable for hand washing delicate linen and woollens, children's linen and generally everyone with sensitive skin
• It is suitable for use on white and permanently colored textiles made from natural fibers and mixed fabrics
• A vegan alternative to bile soap (although not as effective as bile soap)

How it is used

Wet the fabric in place of the stains, apply soap and wash gently. Washing should be carried out in relation to the given material, e.g. a silk tie cannot be cleaned as intensively as sweatpants. Leave on for about 15 minutes, then rinse the area thoroughly or wash the entire garment. If the stain does not disappear completely, we repeat the process.

What to watch out for

Stains of protein origin (blood, dairy products):

If the stain is of protein origin, it must be treated in cold water before washing - the proteins will coagulate in hot water and it is not possible to remove them afterwards.

Determining the color fastness of laundry:

When treating colored textiles with olive soap, it is a good idea to test the color fastness before use by applying it to an inconspicuous spot.
