Glucosamine sulfate (from shellfish), anti-caking agents, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate, talc; White Salix extract, chondroitin sulfate, Curcuma longa extract, carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium stearate; dyes: titanium dioxide, iron oxide; Boswellia serrata extract, Piper nigrum extract, L-ascorbic acid, wetting agent: glycerol; manganese gluconate, type II collagen.

Administration method:
Adults - 1 tablet 2 times a day, after meals, taken with a sufficient amount of liquid.
Children over 12 years old - 1 tablet per day.
The recommended administration period is 2 months, 3 times a year. The product can be administered continuously for maximum effectiveness.
