Oscillococcinum is a homeopathic medicine recommended in flu and cold conditions to relieve symptoms.

Composition:

One dose of homeopathic granules contains Anas barbariae, hepatis et cordis extractum 200 K-0.01 ml, sucrose, lactose.

How to use:

Oral administration.

Adults and children: The dose must be adjusted according to the stage of the disease:

• preventive treatment: one single-dose vial per week during the influenza exposure period
• during the incubation period and at the onset of the disease: one single-dose vial as soon as the first symptoms appear; the administration is repeated 2 or 3 times at 6-hour intervals
• disease state period: one single-dose vial 2 times a day (preferably morning and evening) for 1 to 3 days
• let the entire contents of the single-dose vial dissolve under the tongue.

Children under 6 years:

• Dissolve the contents of the single-dose tube in a glass of water and administer with a spoon or feeding bottle.

Usual dosage - The dosage varies depending on the time at which it intervenes in the evolution of the disease:

• Preventive treatment: take one dose per week during the flu exposure period
• Early flu condition: take a dose as early as possible, possibly repeat the treatment 2 or 3 times every 6 hours
• Declared flu condition: take one dose in the morning and evening for 1 to 3 days
• If symptoms persist after 3 days, see your doctor.
