Indications:
Olygrip Day and Olygrip Night tablets contain 2 tablets of different colors, for use at different times of the day. Read the leaflet carefully to make sure you take the correct tablet at the correct time of day. The white tablets contain paracetamol (for pain relief) and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (nasal decongestant) and are intended for daytime use.

The blue film-coated tablets contain paracetamol and diphenhydramine hydrochloride (an antihistamine that helps eliminate colds and thus improves sleep) and are intended for use only in the evening at bedtime.

Olygrip Day and Olygrip Night tablets are indicated in the short-term symptomatic treatment of nasal and sinus congestion associated with cold and flu symptoms such as pain, neuralgia and/or fever only in association with symptoms that occur in the evening at bedtime, which causes difficulty falling asleep.

This medicine is intended for use in adults and adolescents at least 15 years of age.

Contraindications:
Do not take Olygrip Day and Olygrip Night tablets:
- If you are allergic to paracetamol, pseudoephedrine, diphenhydramine or any of the other components of this medicine.

Precautions:
Before administering Olygrip Day and Olygrip Night tablets, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

Driving vehicles and using machines:
Night pills can cause drowsiness. Daily tablets may cause dizziness. If you feel unwell, do not drive or use machines.

Administration method:
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Check the table below for the recommended dose of the drug:
- To be administered orally only
- Do not exceed the dose recommended below
- Administer with a glass of water
- Always administer this medicine exactly as in the table below.
Follow the dosage instructions carefully. There are different tablets for day and evening doses.

Adults and adolescents at least 15 years of age:
Daily dose - 1 white tablet every 4-6 hours, maximum 3 times a day (one tablet in the morning, at noon and in the afternoon)
Night dose - 1 blue tablet to be taken in the evening

- Do not take more than 3 white tablets per day.
- Take only one tablet at a time and only at the times of the day described in this table.
- Do not take the night tablets during the day.
- Consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 3 days.
- The medicine contains paracetamol. Do not exceed the indicated dose.

The effective daily dose should not exceed 2g/day of paracetamol in the following situations, unless otherwise recommended by a doctor:
- Weight under 50 kg
- Liver failure
- Chronic alcoholism
- Dehydration
- Chronic malnutrition

Use in children and adolescents:
This medicine is not recommended for children and adolescents under 15 years of age.

Composition:
- The active substances are:
Each white daily tablet contains – 500 mg paracetamol and 60 mg pseudoephedrine hydrochloride
Each blue night film-coated tablet contains – 500 mg paracetamol and 25 mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride
- The other ingredients are:
- Daily tablets - pregelatinized corn starch, povidone, crospovidone, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium and magnesium stearate.
- Night tablets - microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, sodium starch glycolate, pregelatinized corn starch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, magnesium stearate and are coated with methylcellulose (methocel E5), Opaspray M-1F-4315B which contains indigotine aluminum lake (E132), titanium dioxide (E171) and propylene glycol.
