The Novama Comfort+ AF Blood Pressure is an automatic arm blood pressure monitor with atrial fibrillation detection. The device is certified by the European Hypertension Association and has a lifetime door-to-door guarantee. It is equipped with a large, high-contrast LCD screen and clear, bright numbers with a navy blue backlight, meaning that elderly people will have no problem reading the result. This model also has color inversion function.
The set includes a universal cuff with a range of 22 - 42 cm. The tensiometer has a memory of 90 measurements for two people. The device performs three measurements, the displayed result is the average of these values. This measurement method eliminates transient pressure changes. In addition, the device is equipped with an arrhythmia indicator, which informs the patient about irregular heartbeats or pulse. The medical device also has clinical validation for use during pregnancy.
