Magnesium Cramp is a combination of minerals and vitamins, such as magnesium and potassium, with an important role in maintaining the health of the muscular system. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal energy metabolism and vitamin E helps to protect cells against oxidative stress.

Way of ussage:
Adults: 1 tablet 2 times a day, during meals, preferably in the morning and at lunch. In children, it is recommended to consult the pediatrician to adjust the dose.

magnesium – 104.22 mg (from marine source Aquamin Mg Tg in the form of magnesium hydroxide – 44.22 mg, from magnesium oxide – 50 mg and from magnesium bisglycinate chelate – 10 mg), pyridoxine hydrochloride – 1.4 mg (vitamin B6 1.15 mg), potassium chloride – 577 mg (potassium 300 mg), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate – 10 mg (vitamin E 5 mg), coenzyme Q10 – 30 mg (Ubiqsome = coenzyme Q10 + phospholipids ); inactive ingredients: bulking agents: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized corn starch, hardening agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone, anti-caking agents: talc, colloidal silicon dioxide and stearic acid.
