Main product description
Nutritional supplement with herbal valerian extract. Each capsule contains: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis, root) extract 3:1 133.34 mg, equivalent to 400 mg dry herb.
Mode of use
Recommended dose: adults no more than 1 capsule per day half an hour to an hour before bedtime. Take as a whole, drink with a sufficient amount of liquid.
Warning: Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. If insomnia persists for more than three weeks, see a doctor. Do not use for at least two hours before and while driving a motor vehicle and heavy machinery. Avoid taking the supplement at the same time as antidepressants, prescription insomnia treatments, or other sleep-inducing medications. Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages while taking the nutritional supplement. Keep at a temperature of 15°C - 25°C, out of the reach of small children. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
