This product is just hooey and at most for the placebo effect ( which would hold to some! )! I took 2 cans and felt nothing on any level, absolutely nothing! I made the mistake of recommending it to my colleagues in the gym before testing it, going by the advertising and other people's drivel - they felt nothing either!
It is a big con!
