Indications:

• Bromhexin-T is a mucolytic drug.
• The drug is indicated as a fluidifier of bronchial secretions in the course of broncho-pulmonary diseases accompanied by viscous secretions: acute bronchitis, chronic bronchitis, tracheobronchitis, exacerbations of chronic obstructive bronchopneumopathy.

Composition:
- The active substance is bromhexine hydrochloride 2%.
-The other components are: volatile anise oil, volatile eucalyptus oil, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, ethanol 96%, citric acid, purified water.

Administration method:
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
- 1 ml of oral solution drops contains 2 mg of bromhexine hydrochloride
- 1 ml of oral solution drops contains 20 drops
The usual daily dose is:
- Children between 1-5 years: 8 mg bromhexine/day
- Children between 5 - 10 years: 16 mg bromhexine/day
- Children over 12 years and adults: 24 – 32 mg bromhexine/day
- Children between 1-5 years: 1 ml (20 drops) bromhexine 3-4/day
- Children between 5 - 10 years: 2 ml (40 drops) bromhexine 3 times/day
- Children over 12 years and adults: 4 ml (80 drops) bromhexine 3 times/day
It is recommended that the adjustment of the daily therapeutic dose be made from case to case according to individual tolerance, under the supervision of the specialist doctor. The above doses are indicated in the treatment of acute diseases of the respiratory system. The treatment in chronic diseases can continue beyond 10 days, but only on the indication of the specialist doctor.

Contraindications:
Do not use Bromhexin-T in the following cases:
- hypersensitivity to bromhexine or to any of the drug's excipients;
- severe renal failure (accumulation of metabolites).
- children under 1 year old.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:

• Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
• Not enough data are known regarding the teratogenic or embryotoxic effect of bromhexine used during pregnancy. Bromhexine hydrochloride passes into breast milk.
• It is not recommended to take Bromhexin - Tin during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Driving vehicles and using machines:
The medicine does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or use machines.
