Properties:
- isotonic drink with mineral salts and sugars, ideal to be administered during physical activity;
- contains carbohydrates with a high glycemic index, fructose, sodium, magnesium, phosphates and calcium, which are essential for the performance and hydration of athletes.
Administration method:
Take during training with small sips every 15-20 minutes.
Up to 2 hours of training take 1 serving per hour, between the second and third hours of training take 2 servings/hour, after 3 hours of training take 3 servings/hour.
To prepare the drink, add 1 scoop (40 g) to every 500 ml of water.
Mix well before administration.
Ingredients:
Dextrose, fructose, maltodextrin, magnesium citrate, iodized salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavor, potassium citrate, color (beta carotene).
May contain milk, soy, gluten, eggs, fish, nuts, peanuts or sesame.
