Chlorophyll is used for a wide range of health benefits due to its detoxifying, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The most common indications for chlorophyll use include:

• Improving digestive health: chlorophyll treatment can help relieve digestive problems such as bloating, constipation and gastro-oesophageal reflux

• Skin health: thanks to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, chlorophyll can help improve skin health, helping to treat acne and heal wounds or sunburn

The dose of chlorophyll varies depending on the form of release and the purpose of use.

• In general, the recommended dose for liquid chlorophyll is 1-3 teaspoons (5-15 ml) a day, diluted in water or other beverage.

• For capsules or tablets, the usual dose is 100-300 mg per day, divided into 3 doses, but this may vary depending on the strength of the product.
