The methylglyoxal found in Manuka honey is a natural substance whose high content distinguishes this honey from other honeys available on the market.
The honey producer recommends drinking it in the morning, on an empty stomach, in the amount of 2-3 teaspoons or 1 teaspoon, 2-3 times a day, half an hour before the meal. You can also add it to your favorite dishes.
