As its name suggests, viscosupplementation artificially supplements the natural viscosity of the joint fluid. PROYAL may be considered in those seeking to delay or avoid knee replacement surgery. The treatment applied in an advanced stage will not be able to replace the surgical intervention.

Composition:
Sodium hyaluronate 20mg/ml, sodium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, dibasic sodium phosphate, water for injections. PROYAL H is a synovial fluid substitute, which, thanks to its viscoelastic and lubricating properties, intervenes in restoring the rheological properties of the affected joints in patients suffering from degenerative arthrosis at the level of the knees and other synovial joints. The product improves the characteristics of the synovial fluid in the joints, exerts a protective action with a constant improvement of the functionality of the joint and relieves pain.
PROYAL H acts only at the level of the joint where it is injected without exerting a systemic action.
