Gluten-free and lactose-free flour mix ideal for bread and pastries. Attention: When baking gluten-free pastry products, it is recommended to use both baking functions (top and bottom).
Bread recipe (for 2 loaves of 400g).
Ingredients: 500g of universal flour mix, 450ml of boiled water, 20g of butter or margarine, 3g of salt, 1 packet of dry yeast (8g). Preparation: preheat the oven to 40º C; add the yeast to the warm water for rehydration; in a large bowl, mix the flour mix with salt; add the soft butter and incorporate the water and yeast mix; mix with a spoon until you get a homogeneous content, then put the content in a greased pan; put the tray in the oven at 40º C for 45 min; when the dough has risen, indent with a knife and moisten the surface with water; bake at 210º C for 30 minutes.
