Properties:
It helps to balance a slow intestinal transit, facilitating an easy elimination

Ingredients:
Senna leaves (Sennae folium), crusin bark (Frangulae cortex), licorice root (Liquiritiae radix), dill fruit (Anethi fructus), anise fruit (Anisi fructus).

Effect:
The plants in the composition of this tea have a laxative, carminative effect (promotes the elimination of intestinal gases), antispasmodic, increase intestinal peristalsis. The purgative effect is due to the rich anthraquinone content of senna leaves and crusin bark, which directly stimulate the intestinal mucosa, increase motility, inhibit the absorption of water and electrolytes, thus reducing stool consistency. Licorice is laxative and antispasmodic, potentiating the action of anthraquinone compounds through glycyrrhizin. Dill and anise fruits have a strong anticolytic and carminative action, eliminating possible bloating or colic pain associated with constipation.

Recommendations:
Constipation, relief of colic and abdominal spasms.

Contraindications:
It is not administered in case of gastric and duodenal ulcer, acute and chronic enterocolitis.
It is not indicated for use in children under 12 years of age.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
This tea is not indicated for pregnant women and nursing mothers.

Side effects and interactions:
The recommended doses are not known.

Preparation:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of herbal mixture and leave covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain.

Administration method:
Children over 12 years and adults: depending on the degree of constipation, drink 1-2 cups of tea per day, preferably in the afternoon and evening. Sweetening with honey is recommended.
The duration of a typical course is 6-8 weeks, followed by a break of 2-3 weeks, or as recommended by the doctor.
