Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin, essential for the body. Vitamin B12 cannot be synthesized by the body and, therefore, an external supply of products containing vitamin B12 is needed;
It contributes to the improvement of physical and mental capacity, as well as to the reduction of states of fatigue and exhaustion.
It is a dietary supplement containing 100 µg of vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin. Of the four existing forms of vitamin B12 – also called cobalamins – methylcobalamin is the bioactive form of vitamin B12.

Mode of administration:
