Watercress tincture, 50 ml, Dacia Plant

Properties:
Hormonal regulator, cicatrizing and intestinal anti-infective, astringent, haemostatic, anti-dysmenorrhoeic.
It is a hydroalcoholic solution obtained by cold preparation from the aerial parts of the Alchemilla vulgaris plant, this being used in different traditions both for awakening and amplifying femininity, and as a remedy for various gynecological ailments, being a plant associated with femininity.
Among the plant products administered orally, the hydroalcoholic solutions are the most easily assimilated by the body, the effect appearing in a short time.
- supporting the normal functionality of the female hormonal system;
- reduction of unpleasant conditions that appear during the menstrual cycle;
- maintaining the blood coagulation process within normal limits;
- slowing down of accelerated intestinal transit.

Actions:
Astringent, antihemorrhagic, antidiarrheal, antispasmodic, tones the uterine muscles, in women it acts on the reproductive system by regulating hormonal activity.

Indications:
It is used as an adjuvant in: menstrual disorders (amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, hypermenorrhea), sterility in women, menopause disorders, hemorrhages, uterine hemorrhages, menometrorrhagia, diarrhea.

Ingredients:
Extract 1:5 in hydroalcoholic solution (ethyl alcohol/water - 35/65 in mass ratio) from aerial parts of watercress (Alchemilla vulgaris).

Contraindications:
Due to the alcohol content, administration is not recommended in: viral, toxic and metabolic hepatitis, hepatic steatosis, liver cirrhosis, pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Precautions:
It is used with caution in people with hyperacid gastritis and gastric and duodenal ulcers (due to the alcohol content, it can increase gastric acidity).

Administration method:
Adults and young people over 14 years: one teaspoon of tincture diluted in 100ml of water (half a glass), 3-4 times a day, before meals.
