Description
Orofar Total Action is an aerosol medicine for use in the oral cavity. The medicine is indicated for throat infections , infections of the oral cavity, gingivitis and infections and ulcers of the oral mucosa, i.e. the so-called canker sores. The spray can also be used as an aid in the treatment of tonsillitis-angina .
The aerosol contains two active substances:
- benzoxonium chloride with bacteriostatic and bactericidal properties against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
- lidocaine , which is a local anesthetic that relieves sore throats and pain associated with swallowing caused by infection.
Benzoxonium chloride is particularly effective against the bacteria responsible for mouth and throat infections. It also has weak fungicidal and antiviral activity against lipid-enveloped viruses such as influenza viruses, parainfluenza viruses, and herpes viruses.

- Soothes sore throats associated with colds, pharyngitis and laryngitis.
- For use in colds accompanied by sore throats.
- Suitable for pharyngitis or laryngitis and viral or bacterial infections of the throat and mouth.
Orofar Total Action fights bacteria, viruses and fungi that cause throat and mouth infections. The convenient and practical form of the aerosol allows easy application of the drug and immediate access to the source of pain. Due to the form and dose of active substances, the drug can be used in adults and children over 6 years of age . The package contains 30 ml of aerosols, and a convenient dispenser allows precise dosing of the drug.
