How to apply
Get ready to up your brow game with the Fill & Fluff Pomade Brow Pencil! Fill in sparse brows by drawing short, hair-like strokes with the pointed end of the teardrop tip and use the flatter side to line and fill in. Switch to the micropaddle brush on the back to blend.
