Description
Manuka Health Manuka honey is a homogeneous honey, most of which is produced from the nectar of the species Leptospermum scoparium (manuka bush) found in several regions of New Zealand.
The taste of manuka honey is described as slightly bitter and mineral. It has an adequate range of specific conductivity and a strong aromatic odor with notes of moist earth and warmth. It contains pollen typical of manuka bushes and a high content of a natural substance - methylglyoxal (MGO™), which is responsible for the unique properties of manuka honey and distinguishes it from other honeys available on the market.
MGO™ 250+ Manuka Health Nectar Honey contains methylglyoxal in amounts exceeding 250 mg/kg. A 500g packet provides approximately 33 daily servings, each consisting of 3 teaspoons, and should last for approximately 1 month of use.
