Falatite Mix Bio from chickpea flour with spices for pancakes, 250 gr, Pronat

It consists of an original mix of extra-fine ground chickpea flour in the Pronat unit (at a controlled temperature below 42o C), combined with the specific falafel ingredients, according to a Pronat own recipe, for a maximum of flavors, aromas and taste.
The mix contains everything you need to prepare quick and healthy pancakes based on chickpea flour. Only water and nothing else is added for preparation.
The ingredients are: 100% certified organic, 100% naturally gluten-free, indicated for those who avoid gluten in their diet.
100% original product, Pronat brand. Vegan, ideal for fasting and a healthy diet, easy to cook, tasty and nutritious. Phalatites can be consumed in multiple ways and combinations with other foods, vegetables, meat or dairy.

Ingredients:
Fine chickpea flour* 90%, spice mix* 8% (cumin*, parsley*, coriander*, garlic*, onion*, white pepper*), sea salt 2%.
from organically certified crops.

Packaged in a facility that processes: gluten grains, nuts, soy, peanuts, dairy products, celery, mustard, lupine.

Method of preparation:
To the contents of a bag of Falatite®, add 500 ml of water and mix.
Leave approx. 20-30 minutes for hydration.
To bake, follow the same procedure as for classic pancakes: heat the pan (diameter 20 cm) with a little oil and pour a polonic (approx. 70 ml) to obtain a fallatite.
In the end, approx. 9 pancakes with a diameter of about 17 cm.
Of course, if a larger or smaller pan is used, the number of pancakes may differ accordingly.
