Gluten-free product, with reduced carbohydrate content (low carb), recommended in gluten-free diets as well as in ketogenic diets.
Bauckhof, promoter of organic agriculture in Germany, offers you a product made 100% from coconut pulp, with a slightly sweet, delicate taste, ideal both for coconut-flavored drinks and for flavoring pastry products.
Recipe suggestions: Coconut drink: mix 8 full spoons of coconut flour in a blender or shaker with 800ml of cold flat water. For extra taste, add agave syrup or maple syrup or honey.
Shake Banana - Raspberry: with the help of the obtained coconut drink, prepare delicious shakes. Add fruit to taste. Our suggestion - 1 banana + 100g of fresh or frozen raspberries. Coconut cookies: 150g of coconut flour, 1 tablespoon of grated coconut, 2 tablespoons of coconut butter, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 pinch of salt. Mix the egg with the sugar and coconut oil, then add the dry ingredients, mixed beforehand. They are made into pennies or balls and baked on medium heat until they turn brown.
