SOiL oils are concentrated, pure and undiluted. This natural, pure and organic oil is obtained by steam distillation of the resin of the Myrrh plant. Myrrh is one of the oldest known aromatic substances. Well known for its antimicrobial properties, it is used in the treatment of infections of the mouth, gums and throat. Myrrh essential oil is also known for its beneficial effect on the digestive system. Due to its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, it is useful in treating wounds and ulcers. How to use: ATTENTION SOiL essential oils contain the active ingredients of plants in concentrated form. Before use, it is recommended that they are always diluted in a base (e.g. water, carrier oils). Do not administer internally without the doctor's or specialist's advice. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Bath: Add 5 - 10 drops of essential oil in a bath with warm water. If the skin is sensitive, first mix the essential oil in a teaspoon of base oil. Close the door so that the vapors do not escape. Keep your body in the water for at least 10 minutes and relax by breathing deeply. For extra hydration, dilute the oils in 10 ml of base oil before adding the essential oil to the hot bath. Massage: Add 5 - 6 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of base oil. Mix well and apply freely on the skin massaging gently. Inhalations: Add 4-5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water.
