• 7.5 mg zinc bisglycinate (75% RHP*)
• 50µg of selenium (90.9% RHP*)

Dosage

1-2 capsules per day. Drink plenty of water and ideally use before or during meals. The time of day does not affect the effect. Capsules should be swallowed whole, not chewed.
