Ingredients: Horsetail plant (Equisetum arvense), common mistletoe plant (Viscum album), lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis), couch grass rhizome (Elymus repens), hawthorn flower (Crataegus oxyacantha), rosemary leaf (Rosmarinus officinalis).
Daily serving: pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 level tablespoon (3 g) of herbs and simmer for 30 seconds; leave covered for 10 minutes, mix well and strain. Drink 2 decoctions a day for 30 minutes. before or 2 hours after a meal.
