Description
Fast-dissolving tablets under the tongue. Melatonin aids sleep and helps relieve fatigue after a long flight to another time zone (jet lag). A beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed.

It also contains: isomalt, crospovidone, flavor enhancer, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Mode of use
Recommended dose: adults 1 tablet before bedtime. Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking Melatonin. Consult your doctor regarding use for more than 1 month.
Warning: Not suitable for pregnant, lactating women and small children. It is not recommended to take at the same time with alcohol, other drugs or nutritional supplements with a sedative effect. Consult a doctor if you are taking steroids, anticoagulants, anticonvulsants, blood pressure drugs, immunosuppressants, sedatives, hypnotics, or psychotropics, or if you have cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, immune system or liver disease, depression or a related illness, asthma , diabetes or hypoglycemia, hormonal or convulsive disorders or migraines. Discontinue use in case of mild digestive problems (nausea, vomiting, cramps) and/or rarely allergic reactions. Keep at a temperature of 15-25 °C, out of the reach of small children. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Minimum validity period until the date indicated on the packaging.
