COMMON TONSILS /Amygdalus Communis/
A perennial shrub or tree up to 10 meters tall that lives for more than 2 years and produces seeds repeatedly during this time. It belongs to the rose family and comes from Central Asia. Mainly grown around the Mediterranean Sea: Italy, Spain, Turkey, France and also on the west coast of the USA in California. The fruit is a long, flattened drupe with a fragile skin, several centimeters long. After drying, the fruits are called almonds, which are sold commercially as dried fruits. In the cosmetics industry, almond oil is produced from them, which is an ingredient in many creams, milks and lotions.
NATURAL SWEET ALMOND OIL /Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil (Sweet Almonds)/
100% natural, unrefined, cold rolled, high quality sweet almond oil. A very light and gentle oil that contains many unsaturated fatty acids, proteins and vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and D.
