The medicine contains:

• Paracetamol, a pain and fever medicine that relieves sore throats, headaches, muscle and joint pain and reduces fever. The medicine contains phenylephrine in maximum dose, which relieves blocked nose and secondary nasal cavities and thus facilitates breathing
• Vitamin C, which is a common ingredient in flu medications

Dosage and method of use

Adults (including the elderly) with a body weight over 65 kg: Administer 1 bag as needed 1-4 times a day with an interval of 4-6 hours. The interval between individual doses should not be less than 4 hours. The largest single dose is 1 bag. The maximum daily dose is 4 bags.

Duration of treatment: The drug is intended for short-term treatment only. If the symptoms (fever, pain) do not improve within 3 days or, on the contrary, the problems worsen, new symptoms or unusual reactions appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor for the continuation of treatment. This medicine should not be taken for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor.

Patients with renal insufficiency : It is recommended to extend the interval between doses. In case of moderately severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance 10-50 ml/min) the minimum interval between two doses should be 6 hours, in case of severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance < 10 ml/min) the minimum interval between two doses must be 8 hours.

Mode of use

Pour the contents of a bag into a mug and pour hot water over it. Mix well. If necessary, add cold water, honey or sugar to taste. The warm drink is drunk. It is necessary to observe the minimum intervals between individual doses (listed in the section Dosage and dosage schedules). The medicine is taken independently of food.

Warning

It is not recommended to use this medicine during pregnancy. The drug is not recommended for lactating women (if it is necessary for a lactating woman to use the drug, she should use it only after consulting the doctor, only for a short time and breastfeed. for at least 3 hours after taking the drug ). The drug is contraindicated for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. The medicine should not be used in people with a body weight of 65 kg or less. The medicine should not be used by patients with high blood pressure or with diseases of the heart or blood vessels. The drug should not be used by patients with severe liver failure and/or acute hepatitis. Do not take other flu and cold medicines or medicines to reduce the swelling of the nasal mucosa (decongestants) and especially other medicines containing paracetamol at the same time as this medicine. The drug may cause dizziness in some patients. If dizziness occurs, the patient should not drive or use machinery. Do not drink alcohol. The medicine contains sucrose (5 g in a bag). Each sachet contains 118 mg of sodium, which should be considered in patients with reduced renal function or in patients on a sodium restricted diet.
