Dosage and method of use

Take 1 capsule a day for 10 days, then skip 20 days, then take 1 capsule a day for 10 days, then skip 20 days again, then take 1 capsule a day for 10 days. Capsules are best taken in the morning on an empty stomach with water. After completing this basic cycle of use, you can resume this dosage after a 20-day break.

It is not intended for children under 3 years of age. Any use by children aged 3-6 years, pregnant and lactating women should be consulted with a doctor beforehand.
