Pizza Crust Mix 500g is a pizza dough mix, enough for 3 normal sized pizzas. It can be prepared without additional accessories or it can also be kneaded in a bread machine.
It is very simple to prepare, you just need to add water, let it be spread and the pizza is ready to be prepared! What you need for a Margherita pizza are the basic ingredients (mozzarella and tomato sauce). You can also use ham, salami, peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms or any other ingredient that you like.
Now you can surprise your guests with a pizza with a fluffy crust on the inside but crispy on the outside, prepared just like in big restaurants.

Methods of preparation:
For a package of Pizza Mix you need 260g of warm water and 25g of olive oil.
1. COMBINE the mix with the warm water and oil in a large bowl, mix and knead until the dough becomes soft and supple; It should be soft, but not sticky.
You can add another tablespoon or two of water if the dough is too dry.
2. Divide the dough into as many equal balls as you want
3. Put those dough balls in a bowl, brush them with oil and leave them for 10-15 min.
4. Roll out the dough and put it in the oven immediately for a thin crust pizza. And for a thick and fluffy top, you can let it rise for 30 minutes before putting the ingredients on top.
5. Heat the oven to 220°C then you can leave the pizza for 8-10 minutes.

Very important!
1. The water must be warm!
2. Don't stretch the top too much, our pizza top is soft, supple and many people tend to overstretch it! You do NOT necessarily need a phone. It is enough to stretch it a little with the bridge of the palm.
3. Grease the parts of the dough that are left to rise with olive oil and you can put cling film over them to make them rise more nicely.
4. For a fluffier pizza you can leave the oven at only 210°C.
5. You can cut the pizza with a special cutter.
