Copper

Copper is an essential nutrient for the body. It plays many key roles in the body. It contributes, among other things, to: to maintain proper energy metabolism and the functioning of the immune system, and also helps to maintain the proper condition of connective tissues. Copper also helps maintain proper skin pigmentation, as it is needed in the synthesis of a pigment called melanin (3).

Zinc

This element is very necessary for the proper functioning of the whole organism. Zinc is involved in the production of proteins and nucleic acids, which are mainly responsible for the transfer and storage of genetic information. Regular zinc supplementation affects: the proper functioning of the immune system, the protection of cells against oxidative stress, the maintenance of healthy and strong bones, the regulation of serum testosterone levels and the maintenance of correct vision (4).

Antioxidant effect

The human body produces unstable molecules (called free radicals) in response to environmental toxins such as air pollution and cigarette smoke.
