Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is a water-soluble compound, the excess being eliminated daily from the body through urine. It helps release nutrients from food, is involved in carbohydrate and protein metabolism, necessary for teeth, bones, hair, skin, nails, neurological and cardiac function, maintains energy, vitality and proper functioning of the nervous system. It has a mild diuretic effect. It is recommended to be administered before glucose infusion. Administered simultaneously with products containing estrogens, antacids, sulfonamides, copper, carbonates, barbiturates, the absorption of vitamin B1 decreases, which is why an interval of at least 2 hours between them is recommended.

Way of ussage:
Adults – one capsule a day, preferably in the morning.

Other ingredients: bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch), anti-caking agents (talc, silicon dioxide), capsule (gelatin; colors: azorubin, red iron oxide, yellow iron oxide).
