Description
Magnesium together with vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, energy metabolism and reduces fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Magnesium in the organic form of magnesium citrate is extremely well absorbed by the human body.
Recommended dose
1 tablet 2 times a day. Swallow the tablet whole with plenty of liquid. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the dose will be determined by the doctor.
