Bergamot essential oil (N159), 10ml, Fares
Properties :
Inhalations with bergamot essential oil are an effective method for relaxation.
Ingredients:
Bergamot essential oil (Citri bergami aetheroleum), obtained by cold pressing from the peel of the ripe fruits of Citrus bergamia ssp. bergamia.
Biochemical profile: limonene, linalyl acetate.
Administration method:
Internal use:
The recommended amount of oil is mixed with a teaspoon of honey or syrup.
It is used for 7-14 days. It can be repeated after a break of 2 weeks.
Children 5-6 years: 1-2 drops 3 times a day.
Children 7-14 years: 3-4 drops 3 times a day.
Adults: 5 drops 3 times a day.
External use:
Inhalations:
3-4 drops of essential oil:
- put them in a bowl of hot water and inhale for 5-10 minutes while leaning over the bowl with your head covered with a towel;
- it is diffused in the room with the help of a diffuser or sprayer;
- apply on a tissue or cotton disk.
Massage:
Mix 1-2 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of fatty oil (olive, grape seed, etc.). After the massage, the oil should not be removed by washing for 6-8 hours.
Bathroom:
3-4 drops of essential oil are put in the bath water."
Cautions:
Do not use undiluted.
Avoid exposure to the sun or artificial UV rays for 12 hours after use.
It is not recommended, for internal use, in case of gastro-duodenal ulcer, gastritis, pregnant women and nursing mothers, children under 5 years of age and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
Avoid overdose, abuse and contact with eyes.
