Food supplement

Linseed oil is made from ground and pressed flax seeds. Like them, it is a source of unsaturated fatty acids from the omega-3 family. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for health. Their properties for the body include, among others: reducing inflammation, as well as supporting heart and brain health1,2,3. Flaxseed oil is primarily a source of the fatty acids ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) and oleic acid. Their valuable properties for the body mean that flaxseed oil has become an important part of many people's diets.

Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is an unsaturated fatty acid. It helps to maintain the proper level of cholesterol in the blood4,5,6. The product is standardized to contain 45% ALA.

Oleic acid is also an unsaturated fat. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels7,8,9. The dietary supplement is standardized to contain 11% oleic acid.

The product is obtained from flax seeds by cold pressing . Thanks to this fact, the content of unsaturated fatty acids remains naturally unchanged, and the oil retains its properties. Many people prefer to supplement with flaxseed oil in capsules instead of adding it to, say, salads. Why? Its slightly bitter taste is not always a desirable element of dishes. In turn, the easy-to-swallow capsules contain a high content of fatty acids important for the body, and thanks to the gelatin coating, the taste of linseed oil is not noticeable.

Vitamin E supplement

Our food supplement has been enriched with vitamin E. Its role in the human body is very important. Vitamin E is an antioxidant, which means it helps protect cells against oxidative stress10. Why did we decide to include vitamin E in the product? It is a fat-soluble vitamin. The presence of unsaturated fatty acids will thus favor its optimal absorption.

Ingredients: linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum) standardized to contain 45% alpha-linolenic acid and 11% oleic acid, D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E). Capsule composition: beef gelatin, humectant: glycerol.

Daily serving: 1 capsule once a day. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water with or after a meal.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry and dark place at room temperature, out of the reach of small children.
