Benefits:

Way of ussage:
- It is a carrier oil, which means it can be applied to the skin undiluted, mixed with other vegetable oils or to dilute essential oils (1 - 2 drops of oil or essential oils to a tablespoon of linseed oil);
- Used as such, apply a small amount to the skin and gently massage for a few minutes; remove the amount that has not been absorbed by the skin (if applicable) with a makeup remover disk or tissue;
- To combat warts, soak a gauze pad in linseed oil and apply it to the affected area for 15-30 minutes. Use such compresses once or twice a day, until you achieve the desired result;
- In the morning and evening, apply the oil to your hands and nails and massage for 5-10 minutes, rubbing into the nail and cuticle area.
