Way of ussage
1. Open the main straps and undo the side straps. Center the support along the lower back, with the cushioning and support pads on each side of the spine and the curved edge of the section facing downwards.

2. Wrap the main straps tightly around the waist and fasten the hedgehog system over the stomach.
