Properties of the active ingredients of Calming Sen:

- Melatonin - helps to shorten the time required for conception (the beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before going to the spa). It also helps alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag (the beneficial effect occurs when 0.5 mg is consumed shortly before going to the spa on the first day of the trip and in the following days after arriving at the destination).

- Lemon balm extract - helps reduce tension and irritability, helps achieve relaxation, facilitates falling asleep and promotes good sleep.

- Hop extract - facilitates falling asleep when the central nervous system is stimulated.

- L-tryptophan - an amino acid that is involved in the production of melatonin.
