Properties:
Melatonin is a hormone related to serotonin, produced by the pineal gland, located in the brain, and acts as a powerful
"chronobiologically" maintaining normal circadian rhythms. Dubbed the "sleep hormone", melatonin helps alleviate sleep disorders. The beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of consumption of a minimum dose of 0.5 mg administered before going to bed on the first day of travel and in the following few days after arriving at the destination. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained under conditions of consumption of 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed. Californian Mac (Eschscholtzia californica) extract helps with stress caused by a busy lifestyle, contributes to relaxation and supports the quality of natural sleep. The extract from Melissa officinalis (Melissa officinalis) contributes to the establishment of sleep, supports a calm and restful sleep. Passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata) helps induce calmness and restful, good quality sleep."

Ingredients:
- Loading agent: refined sunflower oil; capsule: gelatin, glycerin, dyes/titanium dioxide, patent blue, black iron oxide, carmoisine; hydroethanolic extract 3.5-7:1 (maltodextrin, silicon dioxide) from the aerial parts of the passion flower (Passiflora incarnata), with 3.5% vitexin; aqueous extract 5-6.2:1 (maltodextrin, silicon dioxide) from the leaves of Roinita (Melissa officinalis), with 2% rosmarinic acid; emulsifier: lecithin from Soya; thickening agent: white beeswax; 3-9:1 extract of aerial parts of California Mac (Eschscholzia californica), with 0.6% protopine; melatonin.

Mode of administration:
- 1 capsule per day, administered in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime. The capsule is swallowed with an appropriate amount of liquid.

Precautions:

• The product contains soy lecithin. Contraindicated to people allergic to soy or any of the product's ingredients.
• It is recommended to avoid alcohol consumption while using the melatonin food supplement. It is not recommended for drivers of cars and/or machines (the product favors the installation of sleep, the decrease of attention, reflexes and the power of concentration) in the first 5 hours after use. Do not use in combination with drugs such as barbiturates, benzodiazepines, because melatonin contributes to increasing their sedative effect.
• Excessive use or by people sensitive to melatonin can cause headaches, restlessness, insomnia, dizziness, drowsiness, digestive disorders. In these situations, it is recommended to discontinue use and consult specialist personnel. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
