Description
Sleep Optimizer Jarrow Formulas, 60 capsules, Secom
Properties:
- induces and maintains sleep;
- improves sleep quality;
- reduces the duration and frequency of sleep apnea episodes;
- reduces nervousness;
- antidepressant – induces well-being by stimulating the production of the neurotransmitter dopamine;
- recommended in sleep disorders (induction insomnia, early awakening, intermittent sleep) idiopathic (without known causes) or induced by depression, anxiety, horonal changes, alcoholism, other conditions, changes in environment or time zone.
Active ingredients per 2 capsules:
GABA (gamma amino butyric acid) 100 mg, Hops (Humulus Lupulus I.) flower 100 mg, Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis) root (0.8% valerianic acid) 400 mg, Evening primrose (Melissa Officinalis) leaf 100 mg, L-tryptophan 300 mg , Melatonin 0.3 mg.
Administration method:
2 capsules per day at bedtime or as recommended by the specialist consultant. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this dietary supplement.
Precautions:
Do not administer to people under 18, young children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not to be given to people diagnosed with MS, lymphoma, leukemia, diabetes, epilepsy, autoimmune diseases or those using MAO inhibitors (such as iproniazid) because it contains melatonin. Do not give to people with asthma - melatonin can cause an asthma attack.
