Ingredients:
sucrose (sweetener), purified water, 1:1 fluid extract of Thyme (Thymus vulgaris/Thymus zygis) - 7.53%, 1:1 fluid extract of Plantain (Plantago lanceolata) - 7.53%, glycerol (loading agent ), caramel (coloring agent), sodium benzoate (preservative).

Tussavit cough syrup is a herbal product containing fluid extract of thyme (Thymus vulgaris/Thymus zygis) and fluid extract 1:1 of Plantain (Plantago lanceolata)
Due to the cumulative effect of both plants, Tussavit contributes to the normal functioning of
respiratory system and provides relief in case of throat or pharynx irritation. Tussavit has a soothing, pleasant effect on the throat, pharynx and vocal cords.
Thanks to the liquid extract of thyme, Tussavit helps the secretion of mucus in the tract
upper respiratory tract and eases expectoration. It is also helpful in case of dry cough and in supporting the immune system.
Before using Tussavit cough syrup

Contraindications:
Contraindicated to diabetics and those to whom it is prohibited/limited
alcohol consumption. Use in children under 2 years is not recommended due to the content
in alcohol.
Not recommended for people allergic to thyme or other members of the Labiatae family, la
Plantain or any of the other ingredients of the product.
In case of difficulty in breathing, fever or purulent expectoration, the emergency presentation to
doctor is mandatory.

Interactions:
- to date, no interactions with other food supplements or drugs have been observed.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: It is recommended to consult the doctor before taking any medicine or food supplement. Use of the product during pregnancy
or breastfeeding is not recommended, as there is not enough information in this regard.

This product contains 5.3% alcohol by volume, which equates to a maximum of 420 mg per dose
in the case of adults (approx. 20 ml of beer) or with a maximum of 210 mg per dose (approx. 10 ml of beer) in
the case of children. That is why there is a risk for people whose consumption is prohibited/limited
of alcohol. The alcohol content must also be taken into account in pregnant or lactating women
breastfeeding, as well as in children.

Tussavit cough syrup contains sugars - for the calculation of the amount per dose, see the nutritional values. People suffering from sugar intolerance should consult their doctor before taking the product.

Administration method:

• Use Tussavit cough syrup according to the recommendations of the specialist consultant or the instructions in this leaflet.
• Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 20 ml maximum 6 times a day.
• Children 4 - 12 years: 10 ml 3 - 5 times a day.
• Children 2 - 4 years: 5 ml each 3 - 5 times a day.
• Tussavit is administered between meals, diluted (with water or tea) or as such. The effect of the syrup is stronger the longer it is kept in the mouth.
• Duration of administration: if unpleasant respiratory symptoms persist for more than 5 days or worsen, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Warnings:
Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption. Overdose with Tussavit syrup
of cough is not known. However, if you have forgotten a dose, do not take the next dose
a double dose. In case of excessive use, local irritation of mucous membranes and gastrointestinal damage may occur.
Note: Due to the alcohol content of Tussavit cough syrup, it must be taken into account
the possibility of alcohol poisoning, especially in children.
Possible side effects
If the product is used according to the instructions in the leaflet, no adverse reactions occur.
Hypersensitivity reactions or gastric damage cannot be completely excluded.
Keep out of reach and sight of small children!
Do not use the product after the expiry date written on the packaging, which is the last day of
the mentioned month.
Keep the bottle closed, in the original packaging, to protect from light. To be used within a maximum of 6 months from the first opening of the bottle.
The product is a food supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet
and a healthy lifestyle.
