How does Sinecod antitussive syrup work?
The drug in liquid syrup form contains a carefully developed composition that begins to act after the first use. Sinecod acts on dry and wet cough. It is quickly and easily absorbed to reduce sudden attacks of suffocating cough and to inhibit the cough reflex.
Sinecod contains the active substance - butamirate citrate in a dose of 1.5 mg/1 ml. Butamirate citrate is a non-opioid antitussive drug.
Sinecod in syrup relieves both dry and wet coughs, and thanks to its formula, it can also be used in children from the age of 3.
