One SELENIUM MSE tablet contains 500 mg of spirulina platensis which includes :

• 60-65% (300-325mg) vegetable protein
• about 14% (70 mg) carbs
• up to 7% (35 mg) of minerals

• trace elements
• chlorophyll

Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet (500 mg spirulina platensis with 50 µg organic selenium = 80% of the reference intake value)

How to use: 1 tablet per day. It is best to consume it during the meal with enough water.
