Epsom salt (Magnesium sulfate), 500 g, Managis
Epsom salt is obtained from natural minerals from underground deposits. Also known as Bitter Salt or Magnesium Sulphate, Epsom salt is a very popular remedy used for relaxation, muscle and joint pain relief, remineralization, cleansing and skin toning.

How to use Epsom salt:
As a simple bath salt, 3-5 tablespoons in bath water, once or twice a week.
As an aromatherapeutic bath salt, mix 250 g of Epsom salt with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 1-2 teaspoons of essential oil, it can be colored with pigments or dyes; the mixture is placed in a glass jar and closed tightly.
Recommended essential oils: lavender, peppermint, lemon eucalyptus, wintergreen, rosemary, orange.
For foot bath, 1-2 tablespoons of Epsom salt possibly combined with a tablespoon of baking soda.
For sitz bath, 1-2 teaspoons of salt, to relieve inflammation and symptoms of hemorrhoids. In various Spa treatments to exfoliate the skin, as an abrasive ingredient in body scrub compositions
