Traditional use - must be respected

In a liter of cold water, we put 5 g of Mụn - Mụn herb (a heaping spoon) and 5 g of Wira-Wira herb (a smaller spoon). Bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat under the lid. We must not boil the herbs for too long, otherwise the effective essential oils will evaporate. This is one person's dose for one day. It is necessary to drink everything. To catch it in the first phase, it is enough to prepare a decoction for one and a half to two days. In case of an acute attack on the body, drink half a dose for 3-4 days until complete relief, and then another 3 days. Herbs can be drunk for up to 3 weeks at a time. Then it is suitable min. 10 day break.
