Cancer prevention: 350 Salvestrol points per day
Complementary cancer therapy: >/= 2x 2,000 Salvestrol points per day (no toxic effects were observed at doses up to 80,000 Salvestrol points)
Prevention of cancer relapses: >/= 2000 Salvestrol points per day
Obesity: Increase the dose by 50%

Children between 4 and 10 years: Reduce the dose slightly

Spread the intake of Salvestroli as much as possible throughout the day to achieve constant levels in the blood. Always use Salvestrol in combination with a multi and synergistic biotin, niacin, vitamin C, magnesium, iron (in case of iron deficiency) and selenium. Also, make sure you get enough exercise (oxygen) and preferably eat organically grown fruits and vegetables.

There are no known unwanted interactions between Salvestrol and conventional medications.

Carbon monoxide (smoking!) inhibits CYP1B1 and thus prevents the activation and production of the effect of salvestrols.

Laetrile (amygdalin, "Vitamin B17"), a bitter compound found in almonds and the kernels of apricots, peaches, nectarines, and plums, which is touted as an anticancer agent, inactivates CYP1B1 and renders Salvestrol ineffective.

Pesticide residues on conventionally grown fruits and vegetables can reduce the effectiveness of salvestrols.
