Description
The medicine contains escin, which is obtained from the horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum). It reduces swelling, drains and has an anti-inflammatory effect. Quickly removes problems caused by local swelling (sensation of pressure, pain, etc.
The medicine is used:
- For the treatment of local swellings, swellings after injuries
- For the treatment and prevention of postoperative swelling
- For the treatment of painful syndromes of the spine (intervertebral discs, neck pain, sciatica, sciatica)

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years of age: The initial dose is 40 mg 3 times a day (2 film-coated tablets), the maintenance dose is 20 mg 3 times a day (1 film-coated tablet). Children take 20 mg (1 filat tablet) 2-3 times a day.
Mode of administration
Tablets are taken after a meal and washed down with water.
