Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum, Ling yhi)

Reishi or Ganoderma is the most famous medicinal mushroom in the world, revered by the Chinese and Japanese people for over 2000 years. It is called "the mushroom of immortality, the great immune, spiritual and mental protector", it is extremely rare, known in the Far East for its effectiveness in the miraculous treatment of a very large range of ailments.
